農業が盛んな喜茂別町は、札幌ールスツ・洞爺・ニセコ・函館を繋ぐ、中山峠麓のハブタウン。
Kiko図でお出しするお食事は、”日本の方には海外の味を、外国の方にはほっとする味を”が一つの大きなテーマ。店主が国内外で味わってきた味の再現やアレンジを元にご用意しております。
できる限り近郊地域を中心とした道産の食材を使用しつつ、海外で使われているそのままも仕入れながら。
”何か特別”なわけではない、いわば”国籍を問わない家庭料理屋さん”的なお店。
食べ慣れない味があるかもしれません、もしかしたら大好物に巡り会えるかもしれません。
自分の幼少期に感じていた様な、食卓でのドキドキ・ワクワクした感覚をお届けできたら幸いです。
Kimobetsu is a "hub town" which connects Sapporo-Rusutsu-Toya-Niseko and more, it is a nice and peaceful small town surrounded by beautiful nature.
Kikoz's food is rustic, comfort homely food using as much of local ingredients as well as the authentic products.
You may find something new, interesting, or what you find on a corner shop back home.

２０２４年７月現在車庫カフェと民泊を営業中。
また、冷凍ファラフェルを始めとした商品の販売など少しずつ展開中、現在は店頭での
お渡しですが、発送も承ります。
今はまだまだ店主一人で切り盛りしておりますが、色々な地域やお店と繋がりながら
”楽しい”・”美味しい”を拡大していけたらと思って活動続けてます。
